Orders to UK addresses
We send orders to UK addresses using Recorded Signed-For First Class Mail.
Orders to addresses outside the UK
Orders to addresses outside the UK are sent by AirMail. The Royal Mail website says this : "Your mail is delivered in just three to five days, depending on destination, and possibly sooner". We always obtain a Certificate of Posting.
Airsure®
As an addition to the Royal Mail's standard AirMail service (which is included in the price of your CD) you may choose to add the Royal Mail's Airsure® service. Royal Mail says "Airsure® receives priority handling in the UK and abroad and is generally a day faster than standard airmail".

Musical Solutions' customers should particularly note that Royal Mail do not currently allow the Airsure® service as an addition to deliveries to Australia.
Customs fees and import duties
When we ship to destinations outside the UK, the CDs may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
